1. How to Enter: The DEMDACO Retailers Willow Tree® Livestream Giveaway begins Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. CT and ends Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Visit the Giveaway page at www.demdacoretailers.com/livestream, fill out the online entry form, submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the giveaway period, and you will be entered. Limit one (1) online entry per person. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on January 31, 2021. DEMDACO®, manufacturer of Willow Tree®, will not verify receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of DEMDACO and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. Eligibility: To enter the Giveaway you must be 13 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident. Giveaway is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees of DEMDACO, and their immediate families and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Giveaway.

3. Drawing and Notification:  500 prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries after giveaway closes on January 31, 2021 and will be contacted via email. Limit one (1) prize per person. 500 winners will receive a Willow Tree® Adorable You figure signed by artist Susan Lordi (retail value: $48.40). Winners will receive a code via email that can be used on www.demdacoretailers.com with any purchase or with their territory manager. The code will add the Willow Tree® Adorable You figure to the winners’ cart. Winners must be an authorized Willow Tree® Dealer. Some restrictions may apply. The prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. In the event the prize cannot be awarded as described, DEMDACO reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value in DEMDACO's sole discretion. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or be selected as a winner for this giveaway.

4. Prize Conditions: If a potential prize winner fails to comply with any DEMDACO requirements or decisions, his/her prize will be forfeited, and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. 

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the opinion of DEMDACO, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, DEMDACO reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Giveaway, or to terminate the Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the DEMDACO Retailers Facebook group page.  Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, DEMDACO reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Prize Winner based on a social media profile, the winning entry will be declared as the authorized account holder of the social media profile who commented at time of entry in DEMDACO’s sole discretion.

5. Giveaway Conditions: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of DEMDACO, which shall be final and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules.
